SHIPPING & RETURNS

1. Shipping Policy

VEAUDRY currently ships to customers in South Africa and the United States.

South African orders are fulfilled via our local courier partners, while United States orders are fulfilled via our international shipping partner, TUNL.

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other local charges that may apply upon arrival.

2. Dispatch of Orders

VEAUDRY endeavours to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are processed during normal business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive the relevant tracking information where available.

Please note that delivery timeframes are calculated from the date of dispatch and not from the date the order is placed.

3. Delivery Timeframes

All deliveries are made via door-to-door courier services.

3.1 South Africa – Major Centres

Orders to major centres are delivered via express courier and generally take 1 to 3 working days from the date of dispatch.

Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not included in the delivery timeframe.

Please note that the delivery timeframe is calculated from the date the order is dispatched and not from the date the order is placed.

3.2 South Africa – Regional Areas

Orders to regional areas generally take 2 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch.

Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not included in the delivery timeframe.

3.3 United States

Orders to the United States are fulfilled via our international shipping partner, TUNL.

Available courier services, estimated delivery timeframes and shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the customer’s delivery address.

Delivery timeframes are calculated from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on the destination, selected courier service and customs processing.

Saturdays, Sundays and applicable Public Holidays are not included in the delivery timeframe.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other local charges that may apply to their order.

3.4 Postal Service

Postal services are not used unless specifically arranged and billed for separately.

3.5 Heavy or Bulky Orders

Should an order be particularly heavy or bulky, an additional working day may be required for processing or delivery.

3.6 Delivery Fees

3.6.1 South Africa – Free Delivery

FREE DELIVERY applies to orders over R500 within South Africa.

This amount is subject to change at the discretion of VEAUDRY at any time deemed necessary.

3.6.2 South Africa – Remote Areas

Orders to remote or outlying areas may attract additional delivery charges.

3.6.3 South Africa – Orders Below R500

Orders below R500 will attract a delivery charge of R80.

This amount is subject to change at the discretion of VEAUDRY at any time deemed necessary.

3.6.4 United States – Delivery Fees

Shipping charges for orders to the United States are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address, parcel size and weight, and available courier service.

4. Stock Availability

VEAUDRY endeavours to keep all stock items available at all times.

However, should an item be out of stock or discontinued, VEAUDRY may suggest a suitable alternative, provide an estimated timeframe for the item to become available again, or issue a credit for use on the website.

A VEAUDRY representative will assist with the matter as quickly as possible to ensure an appropriate resolution is reached.
